High Seas Action is a massive online tournament that will follow the entire time-line of WW2. Though not recreating actual battles, the scenarios are realistic actions based on the time-line and nations involved. Sign up for your favourite nation today, and await your orders via PM on this site. Battle will be fought out online here, courtesy of the online dice-roller. (Credit given to Neural Dream from forumini for his hard-work creating this.)
The tournament starts in September 1939. Each player starts out a the rank of Lieutenant Commander, and controls the appropriate unit for that rank. This includes, DD's, DE's, patrol craft, subs, etc. Players are promoted based on their performance in battle. The higher the rank, the larger the ships/units that will be assigned to you.
Obviously there will be no Japanese, Italian, or American missions for September 1939. If you think you'd eventually like to be a Japanese or Italian commander, make sure to sign-up for Germany. If you are interested in being an American commander, sign-up for an Allied nation.
France will eventually be split into Free and Vichy France.
