why dont you have everbody have a 200 pt fleet but they cant go over historical limits for example somebody has 1 hood nobody else can have a hood

Because, my grammatically lacking friend, not all battles were massive 200 point shoot-em-ups, and because people would be clamoring to NOT get the Hood.

Aside from Jutland, which was in the first world war, and the Suraigo Straight, from the second world war, name two "REALLY BIG" Naval Battles.

but i was thinking that jameson asighns everbody there own fleet that grows over time and only on changes onhistorical scenarios

He does, unless your fleet gets destroyed, now, would you mind reporting to our scenario Lieutenant Commander? I'd like to get this over with.
